Darya Timin, DDS
Dr. Darya Timin received a bachelor of science in biology from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City. She had completed a four-year program at the New York University and has received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She graduated with honors in Aesthetic dentistry and was presented a DSG Americus award for the excellence in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Timin is an active member of ADA (American Dental Association) and AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry).
Dr. Timin lived in New York for the past twelve years and has recently moved to Texas with her husband. She enjoys staying active, traveling the world and spending time with her puppy Nalla. She is excited to be a part of the team at Cornerstone Dental and is looking forward to delivering quality comprehensive care to the entire family.
Garrett Nelson, DDS
For over a decade Dr. Nelson has been practicing oral surgery in the DFW area. Dentistry is in his family as he is a fourth generation dentist. Dr. Nelson's brother is an orthodontist in the Houston area and his father continue to practice dentistry at 72 years of age.
Dr. Nelson is committed to the delivery of the best oral surgery treatment and experience possible. His clinical experience as a practitioner and instructor includes implant dentistry where he utilizes the very latest technology in planning and delivering the very best in clinical care.
Dr. Nelson studied dentistry at UCLA and studied medicine at Texas Tech. He is a native of Los Angeles but came to Texas to settle down as his new home. He completed his Oral Surgery training at Baylor in Dallas and continues to serve the oral surgery program as an Associate Clinical Professor for over ten years. Many of the current dentists throughout Dallas were once his students.
Dr. Nelson has four children and lives in Frisco where he enjoys golf, travel, snow skiing and serving his church and community. His latest hobby is running several half marathons with his fiancée Rachel.
Marie Padua, DDS
Dr. Marie Padua grew up all over the United States as an Army daughter. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington to receive a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While studying there, various volunteer events made her realize that dentistry was something she wanted to pursue and eventually developed a passion for. After growing attached to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, she was excited to attend Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, working out, and traveling with her loved ones.
As a dentist, Dr. Padua believes she has the opportunity to strengthen her patients’ self-confidence and improve their overall health. Seeing how dental care could truly transform a person’s well-being drives her to constantly train to become the best she can be. She is extremely passionate and very dedicated to providing the highest level of care for her patients. Dr. Padua is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Society.
Stephen Breaud, DDS
Dr. Breaud was born in New Orleans, that’s the reason Texans have a hard time pronouncing his last name (Bro). He moved to Lubbock, Tx when he was 3 weeks old, so he can’t claim to be a Texan but he got here as soon as he could. After growing up in Lubbock, he decided to see the world, so went to the University of Texas in Austin and then on to Dallas where he attended Baylor College of Dentistry and specialize in Orthodontics.
After school, he joined his father’s orthodontic practice back in Lubbock. Shortly after moving back to Lubbock he met and married the love of his life, Diane, and her 2 sons. He has 2 grandsons that he is so proud of. Dr.Breaud decided to move back to Dallas to be closer to his oldest son, Rob, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks.
Dr. Breaud loves orthodontics and getting to know all of his patients and their families. Being in someone’s life for a couple of years, lets him really get to know them and be an intricate part of their lives. He has years of experience with braces and Invisalign, so you can be confident that he can improve your bite and smile.
Timothy Mooney, DDS
Dr. Mooney earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Business and Biology from Saint Edward’s University and The University of Texas at Arlington, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Mooney fell in love with dentistry unexpectedly after the urging of a longtime friend and fellow dentist. Now, he cannot imagine a better profession suited to his desire to help those in need, the ability to create a personal bond with patients, and deliver personalized excellent care.
Dr. Mooney was born and raised in Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. When he has a spare moment he enjoys watching college and NFL football. During the winter months he enjoys his passion outside of work by traveling to the mountains and snowboarding. Dr. Mooney is board certified and currently a member of the American Dental Association.
